Inner Child Sound Bath with Cacao

This sound bath is connected to the energies of Leo season. Leo season highlights the energies of confidence, shining your light, optimism, the inner child and the heart chakra.In this sound bath, Kathren will be sharing sound bowl frequencies and sacred songs as well as taking you through a guided meditation to connect you to your inner child. Karina will be offering an agua sagrada water purification and facilitating cacao to activate the heart chakra.

Karina is certified in holistic and energetic practices.She is a practitioner of Mexican Curanderismo; in addition, she holds sacred space for various plant medicine journeys including cacao. Kathren is a certified hypnotherapist, sound healer, reiki healer, shamanic healer, vocalist and Goddess Empowerment coach

Directions: Please bring two photos of yourself as a child. We will be setting up an altar for one photo and using the second photo during the guided meditation. You’re welcome to bring flowers for the altar. (optional) Also, we will have cups for the cacao, but you’re welcome to bring your own cup. This is an outdoor event, and there will be yoga mats there; however, you’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket.
